The EU Commission has set up an internet platform (OS platform) for the online settlement of disputes between companies and consumers at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Dobaro GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
