  • Includes up to 250 call answers or chat sessions, with a slightly lower per-unit rate for additional interactions than the Starter package.

3. Premium Package

  • Aimed at businesses that need around-the-clock support and advanced lead management.
  • Price Range: $1,000 – $2,000 per month.
  • Includes up to 500 call answers or chat sessions, with the best per-unit rate for additional interactions and prioritized lead handling.

4. Enterprise Custom Solutions

  • Customized solutions for large organizations or specific industries with unique needs.
  • Pricing: Custom pricing based on services required, typically starting from $2,000 per month and can go upwards of $5,000 or more, depending on the complexity and scope of services.

Additional Considerations

  • Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee ranging from $100 to $500 might be applied to cover the initial setup costs, including integration with existing systems and training.
  • Per-Unit Rates: Additional interactions beyond the package limits could be charged at $1 to $2 per additional call/chat/email.
